Working Install of Apache fails after reboot.

I had a working Apache server until I lost power for the computer and now the server won't work.  I have ensured the server was started I check the logs and I get this set of statements.  And I am not sure what the problem can be:

When I try to access my server by IP address I got an error message and now I get a blank white screen despite having pages with content.
